System Quality

KALE quality system was accredited according to ISO/TS 16949:2002 standard.

KALE’s purpose is to maintain the continuity in realization of the aims set for quality. For realizing the quality purposes, KALE personnel aims to maintain and strengthen the market position of its product in domestic and foreign markets by showing maximum effectiveness and efficiency.

KALE assures to realize the following purposes with the quality system that have been set.

• Production in accordance with the approved standard requirements and specifications,
• Customers feeling that the product meets their expectations and has the satisfying quality defined pursuant to product specifications,
• Production with the lowest total quality cost that is possible,
