Direct users are customers that use KALE products in any stage of their production. This group includes firms like defense industry, automotive ancillary industry, generator, dead stock producers.
KALE product development unit engineers serve as a member of team from project stage of customers till mass production stage in project studies carried out with these kinds of customer groups. KALE team members who work in the projects consist of engineers or technical personnel which are expert on their fields.
Demands of these customer group are evaluated in the framework of ISO/TS 16949:2002 and technical and commercial return to the customers is carried out quickly. |
